We are looking for a few aspiring candidates in the Marketing department for the following location(s):

Experience:

  1. For Officer Positions: More than equal to 2 to 3 years
  2. For Assistant Positions: Freshers are encouraged to apply

Job Description:

  1. Working as a key member of the sales and marketing team
  2. Supporting the Managers by following their sales activities
  3. Assisting in the preparation and implementation of short and long term marketing plans for the company
  4. Assist in achieving annual sales target
  5. Assisting with the development and placement of brochures and other promotional material of the company 
  6. Assisting with the preparation for and attendance at insurance events, trade shows, and conferences when appropriate
  7. Inputting data and updating surveys, visitor stats, and customer feedback information and providing regular reports
  8. Maintaining client and media contact databases
  9. Assisting to develop relationships with the customers
  10. Assisting with the coordination of communications and public relations for the company
  11. Visiting clients to demonstrate the importance of products and directing customers to the specific area that the customer’s request
  12. Giving accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries, if the product information is not at hand, do everything possible to provide an answer
  13. To identify continuous improvement opportunities within the insurance business and assist it with assistant manager
  14. Develop and update knowledge of employers’ and competitor’s products and services
  15. Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork
  16. Be with the customer while filling out the proposal and advice as necessary
  17. To meet sales target as set out for the sales unit by Underwriting and Marketing Departments
  18. Attend and participate in meetings and committees as appropriate
  19. Collecting premium
  20. Perform other tasks as assigned by the company when required

Note:

  1. Remuneration shall not be an issue for deserving candidates
  2. Remuneration shall be based upon individual working experience and knowledge

HR Trainee

We are looking for aspiring candidates in the HR department for the following location(s):

  1. Head Office

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or pursuing MBA in HR specialization
  • Willing to pursue a career in HR
