Job Description:
- Working as a key member of the sales and marketing team
- Supporting the Managers by following their sales activities
- Assisting in the preparation and implementation of short and long term marketing plans for the company
- Assist in achieving annual sales target
- Assisting with the development and placement of brochures and other promotional material of the company
- Assisting with the preparation for and attendance at insurance events, trade shows, and conferences when appropriate
- Inputting data and updating surveys, visitor stats, and customer feedback information and providing regular reports
- Maintaining client and media contact databases
- Assisting to develop relationships with the customers
- Assisting with the coordination of communications and public relations for the company
- Visiting clients to demonstrate the importance of products and directing customers to the specific area that the customer’s request
- Giving accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries, if the product information is not at hand, do everything possible to provide an answer
- To identify continuous improvement opportunities within the insurance business and assist it with assistant manager
- Develop and update knowledge of employers’ and competitor’s products and services
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork
- Be with the customer while filling out the proposal and advice as necessary
- To meet sales target as set out for the sales unit by Underwriting and Marketing Departments
- Attend and participate in meetings and committees as appropriate
- Collecting premium
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company when required
Note:
- Remuneration shall not be an issue for deserving candidates

Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or pursuing MBA in HR specialization
