COVER UNDER FIDELITY GUARANTEE POLICY

insurance is intended to provide indemnity to the Insured/Employer in
respect of pecuniary Loss as result of act of Fraud/Dishonesty in respect
of Mongies/goods of employer committed during the period of Insurance
by Employee(s) in the course of performance of such duties.
The policy does not cover Loss: |

amount of Guarantee required should be reasonable in relation to the responsibilities
of employee(so) as evidenced by total emoluments.
Rate of Premium depends upon employee(s) financial status and evidence of good character, integrity and record of service |
